Welcome to the Ultimate Luxury Pouring Challenge The LOUIS XIII Perfect Pour: Ritual of Excellence is an exclusive competition designed for the UAE’s top venues and hospitality professionals. This prestigious event honors those who master the art of serving LOUIS XIII with precision, elegance, and storytelling.

Who Can Participate?

• ✔ Hold LOUIS XIII stock from purchase years 2023, 2024, or 2025.
• ✔ Feature the LOUIS XIII Perfect Pour on their menu with a short description or a separate menu (15ml, 30ml, 60ml).
• ✔ Display LOUIS XIII correctly with the fleur de lys crown (not the travel stopper).
• ✔ Ensure the bottle is visibly placed in the bar, not hidden behind other bottles or objects.
• ✔ Will be evaluated on LOUIS XIII 15ml serving and pairing experience.

Implementation Period

We understand that menu updates take time. Venues will have additional time till September 1st, 2025 to implement the LOUIS XIII Perfect Pour on their menu.

How It Works

1. Register Your Venue – Complete the form below.
2. Menu Implementation Period – Update your menu and ensure compliance.
3. Receive Training – Learn the LOUIS XIII Perfect Pour Ritual and storytelling.
4. Mystery Shopper Evaluations to select competing venues – through real-world guest experiences from September – December.
5. Live Competition (March 2026) – Showcase your skills in front of expert judges.
6. Win Exclusive Prizes – The TOP winners will travel to Cognac in May 2026.

Terms & Conditions

• Participating venues must hold LOUIS XIII stock from 2023, 2024, or 2025.
• Venues will have till September 2025 from April to implement the LOUIS XIII Perfect Pour on their menu.
• Winners must submit passport documents and visa applications immediately after the announcement, if required for travel.
• Venues will be subject to mystery shopper evaluations, and rewards will be granted for outstanding performance.
• No cocktails can be created with LOUIS XIII, but creative pairings (food, cigars, experiences) are encouraged.
• The final competition will take place in March 2026, and winners will travel to Cognac in May 2026.
